Client portal · Project sequencing

The booking lands as a project, not an email.

Gantline is a client portal and project coordination tool for companies that deliver work on site: install crews, fabricators, production vendors. Clients book through your form, see only their own projects, and follow the sequence from quote to strike. We built it to replace the generic project tool we were paying for.

Ask for early access

We are onboarding a small number of companies before the public release. Tell us what you run and we will reach out with a walkthrough.

No spam, no list. One person reads these.

What ships in early access
Public booking forms

Your own form with your branding. A submission becomes a project in the right space with the right status, and the client gets a link to follow it.

Views per client

Board, table, calendar and timeline on every list. Each client sees only their projects; your team sees everything.

Access enforced in the database

Client isolation is a rule in the data layer, not a setting on a screen. A client cannot reach another client's work by guessing a link.

Docs and custom fields

Venue Wi-Fi, door codes, drawings and rate sheets live with the project. Sensitive fields are stored encrypted.

Automations you own

Status changes, reminders and handoffs set up by the people who need them, with the permissions to match.

Built for crews, priced per company

Same rule as Tinds: one flat price per company, everyone on the roster, no per-seat math.
